How can I make an order? Check our catalogue or use the search on the upper bar to find exact service or category You’re interested in. After choosing a product, please read a description about this service, mark all the options you’d like to add/choose and after that tap the button Add to cart. You’ll get a push window with all chosen products. Doublecheck that all products with added options are correct. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by tapping the button Checkout. On the checkout page fill all the required info. Please provide only valid information. Once your payment went through You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully. After that our support manager will contact you to start working on your order and provide all the necessary info.
What happens after purchase? Shortly after placing an order our Customer Support will contact you by Discord/Skype/Email, arrange our Team to start working on your order and provide all the necessary info about ETA and other details. How does account share work? In case of account share boost option you have to allow our player to log in your account to complete the service. We will ask your login and password details, after that you have to unlock your account by providing a security code from Email/Authentificator so we could start the boost. Please note that security code works only a short period of time so you have to be in touch to provide the code. If you’d like to log on during the order process – please, let us know beforehand, so we could notify our player to log off.
Is it safe? We use the most secure connecting methods with all precautions and never use any exploits or bots to make your account safe. Moreover we never ask any secret questions, so you won’t lose your account. However services like PvP or Mythic Raids are considered as high ban risk for completion by account share option so incidents may occur.
